Biblical Tidbit
God’s profound wisdom from Proverbs 13:7.
“There is that maketh himself rich, yet hath nothing: there is that maketh himself poor, yet hath great riches.”
In other words, it’s possible to have nothing, and yet have everything! And it is possible to have everything, and yet, have nothing! Jesus wrote to the church in Smyrna, “I know thy ... poverty, (but thou art rich)” (Rev. 2:9). And to the church of the Laodiceans, Jesus said, “Thou sayest, I am rich ... and knowest not that thou art ... poor” (Rev. 3:17).
May God help us to “choose wisely.”
